My Beloved Country
The name and value of my motherland.
A country where hails the heroes.
Ghana is my beloved homeland.
She is a very obedient daughter,
To Queen Mother Africa.
The people are few and covers the land.
From east to west in any direction.
Up from North to South.
The land is always great as green.
And the water bodies are her blessing.
The mining sites, her wealth.
The places are beautiful and wonderful
I wish you come here one day.
To see the looks of the waterfalls.
The mountains keep the guard.
As the valleys serve as her refuge.
I love my lovely Ghanaland.
It makes me happy when am seeing
My people knowing right from wrong.
No more fighting in battle at war.
But loving one another, and so,
She is called the country of peace.
As the credits goes to Dr. Nkrumah
I love the way we are.
That we love those who travel,
Traveling and touring our lands.
We hold high our fate and hope.
And our God is always by our sides.
Our colors, red, yellow, green and the BLACK,
This we hold as our guide and light.
Reminding us of our Fathers is the Red.
Then the yellow means we have minerals.
Our green tells you we have but fertile lands.
Oh! Ghana is my beloved country.
I love but my mother land.
